for an electronic gun should should i use air or c02
air for sure dude
why use air when c02 is cheaper
Compressed air, a big initial investment, but in the long run it will be cheaper as more and more paintball facilities are attempting to outfaze CO2. Air is also much more reliable as it is not effected by fluctuations in temperature.
will c02 feeze internals on a electric gun
yes it'll wreck your board and other various electronics
only on more expensive guns right. cause most cheaper electronic guns can use c02
well some if your talking like spyders and stuff
Co2 can freeze your gun if you shoot fast enough and it can also wreck your board.
air is way more accurate
spring loaded markers and low ends spyders tippmanns best run on c02,
put c02 onto lets say...an alias or ego, ur circuts will blow up
even with a spyder, the C02 may freeze the solonoid or board. air is muc safer for your electro. that and its only 140 for a 47/3000 steel. you cant tell me that thats too expensive when you play paintball.
actually they are 94.95 on cpb.com
But apparently 3000 psi tanks dont last long so just look around for a good and cheap 45/45 or 68/45
UP!:)
All tanks are hydro'd for the same date from manufacture, and the # of shots depends on how your marker is set up for efficiency. Before tuning mine I used to get about 800 shots to the fill but after I get around 1000 shots off a .68/3000. There is an article in the articles section on this site for tuning you marker for efficiency that is a worthwhile read. Definately go with the air
AIR, just do it, hell I run HPA on my phantom! If consistancy is your goal then go air, CO2 is very old tech. Everything runs better on HPA.
Use air even if its a spyder that can run on co2, because if u shoot fast enogh everything will freeze and if ur not wearing gloves it really sucks.
air all the way
